Shelby Grondin-Bushe – Rochester, NH
Fiction: “Lost and Found”.
Author Shelby June will sign her new book, Lost and Found. The book is a family saga about a mother, a daughter and one very big secret that’s about to turn their world upside down. Elizabeth has kept a secret from her daughter Olivia for over 35 years. It’s about to come tumbling out. The ramifications will ripple through three generations, reunite twin sisters after a 60-year separation, and test the relationship between mother and daughter. Shelby June is a native of New Hampshire, born in Concord and raised in Rochester.
Bette Freedson – S. Berwick, ME
“Soul Mothers’ Wisdom: Seven Insights for the Single Mother.”
Throughout her career as a clinician in private practice, as well as a speaker and writer, Bette Freedson has worked with hundreds of children, parents, adults, couples, and groups to help them relieve the stress that interferes with success in life. The knowledge she has collected from years of experiences working with single mothers, as well as from her own personal experience as a single mother, has provided the material for Soul Mothers’ Wisdom: Seven Insights for the Single Mother.
Rebecca L Matthews – Whitefield, NH
Fiction: “The Truth Will Set You Free”
Just a simple girl, believing and trusting God’s will and guidance. Presently has three novels (The Light Within, Marie’s Watch, The Truth Will Set You Free) and two children’s book (Little Birch Finds Peace, Raindrops and Snowflakes) published through Tate Publishing, LLC.
Suzie Higley – Hampton Falls, NH, – with special guest: Finnegan
Fiction: “The Adventures of Finnegan Begin”, the story of a rescue dog.
Finnegan inspired Suzi so much that she decided to write about Finnegan’s life, starting with his rescue. Her first book takes the reader from that car dealership to her adoption of Finnegan. The Adventures of Finnegan Begin! is a story that anyone who has volunteered their time with a rescue or shelter will identify with. True to the name of her first book, Suzi decided that one book is not nearly enough. Her 2nd book, Finnegan for Mayor continues his adventures. Helped by Suzi’s friend Paula M. Caron, Finnegan, now living in Portsmouth NH, decides to run for Mayor. He has unique ideas on how to manage the city and tells his tale as only Finnegan can.

Marilynn Carter’s book, No Fret Cooking, is a cookbook blending simple, healthy, yummy recipes accompanied by music to cook and dine by. Together food and music are paired that take you on a culinary adventure to nurture, tantalize, and stimulate your body, mind, and spirit as you prepare and enjoy your food. The focus is on fresh, local, organic ingredients without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Alternative ingredients used to create gluten-free, dairy-free, raw, vegetarian recipes that even children love. The accompanying 2 CDs, “Music to Cook by” & “Music to Dine by” are composed and performed by Steve Carter.
Steve Carter – www.frogstoryrecords.com Poet, musician, and taught guitar for 25 years at The Berklee College of Music in Boston. Steve has 10 music CDs out and is writing a book about the music business in Boston in the ’60s.
